How long does a Windows installation take?
Usually 1–2 hours, depending on the computer’s speed, the drive and how many files and programs are needed.
Will I lose my files?
Before the reinstall we save important files to a separate drive or USB stick. Tell us in advance which folders matter to you.
Do you come at night or at weekends?
Yes, we work 24/7 including weekends and holidays. Call us and we will agree on a time.
Windows 10 or Windows 11?
It depends on the computer. New computers get Windows 11; on older ones Windows 10 is sometimes faster — we advise on site.
Do you reinstall Windows on laptops?
Yes, with the right drivers for your model so all keys, Wi‑Fi and the battery work correctly.
What about the Windows licence?
If the computer has a digital licence, Windows activates automatically after the reinstall. If not, we explain how to buy an official one.
