Wi-Fi is convenient, but it has limits: walls, interference and unstable latency. For a gaming PC, a TV streaming 4K films, a workstation with video calls, security cameras and access points, cable is still the best solution. It delivers your plan's full speed with minimal latency and doesn't care about your neighbours' networks. We install network cable so that it works for years and doesn't spoil your interior.
Why it matters to run cable properly
Running a wire looks simple, but mistakes are common. Cheap copper-clad aluminium cable instead of solid copper can't sustain gigabit speeds and breaks at bends. Cable laid too close to mains wiring picks up interference. Sharp bends, cables crushed by staples, runs over 100 metres and the wrong wire order when terminating all mean a line that runs at 100 Mbps instead of 1000 — or keeps dropping out.
Then there's appearance. A wire taped to the skirting board or draped across a doorway is irritating and easily damaged. We hide cable in trunking that matches your walls, behind skirting boards, in suspended ceilings and in conduit, and finish each run with a neat network socket.

How it works
- Survey and route plan. We agree the route, how the cable will be hidden and where the sockets will go.
- Materials. We use solid copper Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable, and UV- and moisture-resistant cable outdoors.
- Installation. We lay cable in trunking, behind skirting, in conduit or ceilings, keeping the right distance from mains wiring and respecting the bend radius.
- Sockets and connectors. We fit network sockets or terminate connectors to the standard.
- Testing. Every line is checked with a tester and its real speed measured.
- Labelling. We label each run so it's always clear which cable goes where.
