That is what our urgent repair service is for: a technician comes within 30–60 minutes at any time of day or night and, in most cases, gets the computer working again the same day.
When you need an urgent repair
Urgency is about more than arrival time. It changes how the job is done: the technician brings the most frequently needed parts — power supplies, SSDs, memory modules, fans and boot drives — so no time is wasted fetching components. The priority is to restore work as fast as possible and protect your data; planned upgrades can wait.
An urgent call-out matters most for businesses. An hour of downtime for a till, an accounting PC or a designer's workstation costs a company more than the repair itself. How an urgent call-out works
- Call or request. Tell us what happened. The technician on duty assesses the situation immediately and advises how to avoid making it worse before arrival — for example, not switching the computer on again after a burning smell.
- Arrival in 30–60 minutes. In Tbilisi the technician usually arrives within an hour; suburbs by arrangement. We work nights and weekends too.
- Express diagnostics. Within 15–30 minutes the technician finds the cause and quotes the repair.
- On-site repair. Replacing the faulty part from the mobile kit, restoring Windows boot, removing malware or moving data to a healthy drive.
- Result check. We test the computer and your programs together with you.
If the repair needs a part that isn't in the mobile kit, the technician will try to set up a temporary solution so you can keep working while the part is on its way.
