What the app does

Describe the problem and leave your number — the request reaches the technician instantly, and they call you back within minutes.
Chat with the technician
Ask a question and get the answer right in the app. New messages arrive with a notification.
Error screenshot
One button — and the technician sees what is on your screen. No need to retype the error message.
Remote help
The technician connects to your computer via RustDesk — only after you press the button and confirm it yourself.
My computer
Model, Windows, processor, memory and disks in one window. With your consent, this is sent to the technician along with your request.
Always at hand
Starts with Windows, lives as an icon next to the clock and updates itself automatically.
How to install
- 01
Download the installer
Click “Download for free” — the file MyWindows-Setup.exe will be saved.

Run the file
Open it from your Downloads folder. If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click “More info” → “Run anyway”.

Click “Install”
No administrator rights are needed. “Start with Windows” is ticked by default — you can untick it.

Done
The app opens by itself and its icon appears next to the clock. Click “Call a technician” or message us in the chat.

FAQ
Is it safe?
Yes. The app is made by our team, contains no ads and does not collect personal files. The SmartScreen warning appears for new apps without a paid digital signature — this is normal.
Can the technician see my screen without asking?
No. A screenshot is sent only when you press the button, and a remote connection is possible only after you confirm it in RustDesk.
How much does it cost?
The app is free. You only pay for the technician’s work, according to the prices on the site.
How do I uninstall it?
Windows Settings → Apps → MyWindows → Uninstall. Everything is removed completely.
