Your computer takes five minutes to boot, Windows throws a blue screen, pop-up ads appeared after a virus, or you have simply bought a new SSD — in all of these cases a proper Windows installation is the fastest and most reliable fix. Our technician comes to your home or office anywhere in Tbilisi, installs the system, moves your files and sets everything up so the computer is ready to use the moment we leave.
When you need to install or reinstall Windows
Reinstalling the system is not a cure-all, but in many situations it is the quickest and most cost-effective route. We always start with a short diagnostic: if the problem is hardware — a failing drive or overheating, for example — a fresh Windows will not help, and we will tell you so honestly. You need a Windows installation if:
- the system boots slowly, freezes and apps take ages to open, and cleaning no longer helps;
- you see blue screens (BSOD), update errors, or the Start menu and search stop working;
- the PC is infected with viruses, crypto miners or adware, and the browser opens pages by itself;
- you replaced the hard drive with an SSD or bought a new computer without an operating system;
- you want to move from Windows 7 or 8.1 to Windows 10/11, or change the system language;
- Windows will not start at all after a failed update.
What the turnkey service includes
Many technicians install a bare Windows and leave you to spend a week hunting for drivers and setting up the printer. We work differently: after our installation the computer is completely ready to use.
- Pre-install diagnostics. We check drive health (SMART), memory and temperatures so the system is not installed on faulty hardware.
- Data backup. We copy documents, photos, the desktop, browser bookmarks and email to a separate partition or external drive. Nothing is deleted without your consent.
- Clean install of Windows 10 or Windows 11 in the edition you need (Home or Pro), in English, Georgian or Russian, with correct disk partitioning (GPT/UEFI).
- Drivers. We install official drivers from the manufacturer: graphics, Wi-Fi, audio, touchpad, webcam and printer.
- Updates and activation. Latest security updates are installed. Activation uses your licence key or the key tied to the device.
- Essential software: browser, archiver, PDF reader, media player, messengers, an office suite (your licence or a free alternative) and antivirus protection.
- Setup: user account, Wi-Fi, printer, Georgian and Russian keyboard layouts, and disabling unnecessary telemetry and startup apps.
- Your files restored to their places and everything checked together with you.
A note on licensing. We only install original Windows images from Microsoft. If your laptop came with a licensed Windows, the key is usually stored in the BIOS and the system activates automatically. If you do not have a licence, we will tell you where to buy one legally.
Windows 10 or Windows 11: which to choose
Windows 11 is a modern and secure system, but it needs a processor from roughly 2018 or newer, a TPM 2.0 module and UEFI mode with Secure Boot. On older machines we recommend Windows 10 or set up a lighter configuration. Keep in mind that Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 in October 2025, so for work computers we recommend moving to Windows 11 wherever the hardware allows — and if needed, we can help with an upgrade (SSD, more RAM).
For gaming PCs and workstations used for design or video editing we also tune power plans, graphics drivers and performance settings.
Home and office visits across Tbilisi and the suburbs
There is no need to carry your computer anywhere. Our technician covers every district of Tbilisi — Vake, Saburtalo, Mtatsminda, Old Tbilisi, Krtsanisi, Isani, Samgori, Chughureti, Didube, Nadzaladevi, Gldani and Dighomi — plus the suburbs within about 20 km: Mtskheta, Rustavi, Tskneti, Kojori, Tabakhmela, Shindisi, Saguramo, Okrokana and Tsavkisi. A Windows installation usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the amount of data and number of programs.
If you prefer, you can leave the device with us — we pick it up and bring it back at an agreed time. For offices we install several computers at once, including after hours and at night, so your work is not interrupted.
