- Diagnostics. On-site or in the workshop we check power, temperatures, drive and memory health and test each component. Diagnostics are free if you go ahead with the repair.
- Price agreed upfront. You get an exact price and timeframe before any work starts. Nothing is replaced without your approval.
- Repair. Simple jobs — cleaning, thermal paste, keyboard, drive or memory replacement, software fixes — are often done at your place. Complex work (soldering, panel replacement, board repair) is done in the workshop.
- Testing and warranty. We stress-test the device, show you the result and issue a warranty on the work and the parts fitted.
