Yes. We sign a service contract and issue an invoice; payment is by bank transfer.
Can we order a one-off job?
Yes — for example, setting up the network in a new office or preparing several computers for new employees. For regular needs a monthly service is better value.
How do you help our employees?
Small issues are solved remotely via the MyWindows app, only with the employee’s consent. If a visit is needed, we fit it into your schedule.
