This policy explains what data we receive through the website and how we use it. By submitting a request you agree to these terms.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address entered in the request form.
• The problem description, district and promo code — to prepare for the visit and apply your discount.
• Technical data: page language, the page the request was sent from and browser type. In request data the IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash used for spam protection.
• Visit statistics: IP address, approximate country (looked up from the IP on our own server, never sent to third parties), device and browser type, referral source, pages opened and time spent on them. Only the site administrator can see this data; it is kept for no more than 400 days and used to improve the site.

How we use it

Only to contact you about your request, carry out the work and honour the warranty. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required by the law of Georgia.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies: cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection for forms, an anonymous visitor identifier for statistics, and a quest participant identifier so each person receives one promo code.

Web analytics and advertising services

To measure traffic and advertising performance we may use Yandex Metrica (including Session Replay), Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These services set their own cookies and process de-identified visit data under their own privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or decline them in the consent banner, if one is shown.

Retention and deletion

Request data is stored on a secure server for as long as needed to provide the service and warranty support. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the phone number or email shown on the site.
