Is it really free?
Yes. Online help is free for 30 days for everyone who signs up, confirms their phone and installs the MyWindows app during the offer. Only hardware repair, parts and visits are paid — and visits are 50% off until the offer ends.
How do you connect to my computer?
Through “Remote help” in the MyWindows app. The session starts only with your consent, you see everything the technician does and can stop it at any moment.
Why confirm my phone?
It protects the offer from abuse: one number — one participant. Your number is never published.
Can Windows be installed remotely?
Setting up Windows, drivers and software — yes. A full reinstall from a USB stick is usually done on site: we prepare everything remotely or come over at 50% off.
What happens after the offer ends?
You keep the app for free: chat, one-click technician call and remote help at the usual prices.
