Auction rules

1. Only computer and mobile equipment is sold here: smartphones, laptops, computers, parts, monitors, peripherals, audio, cameras and networking equipment.
2. Only registered users with a confirmed e-mail and phone can sell and bid. One person — one account. A second account is blocked together with the main one.
3. A moderator checks every item. Not allowed: stolen or found items, counterfeits, locked devices (iCloud/Google lock), items containing someone else’s data, advertising and spam.
4. Descriptions and photos must be honest: list all defects, repairs and faults.
5. A bid is a commitment to buy. The winner and the seller arrange a meeting within 3 days. Anyone who backs out of a deal without a reason may be blocked.
6. A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes — so nobody can snipe the price at the last second.
7. MyWindows only connects buyers and sellers and takes no part in payment. Payment and handover happen in person.
8. Safety: meet in busy places, check the item before paying, never pay in advance and never share SMS codes. We can inspect the item before you buy — use “Order a technician’s inspection” on any item.
9. Violators, scammers and their linked accounts (by phone and device) are blocked permanently.
